Ebay parts - Asking for trouble?

What does everyone think of...

Is that a bad idea? Im not really expecting 180kw, but some power increase would be nice. Currently have CAI, Filter and exhaust (inc extractors). Also considering upgrading to Yellaterra Roller Rockers... Would think all work together?
