LSD or Spool?

Hello there, Im new in this forum and i have a 96 series 2 VS executive live axle also lowered King spring superlows. but engine is pretty much same. Will it make a difference if i change it to lsd or spool of which are better? also ive got this 3.45 pinion and ring ready. any suggestion would be apppreciated....
