Caster bar bushes and rear cross member bushes

hey i have to change the caster bar bushes and also do the rear cross member bushes on my VR 5.0L. but not too sure how to do it. is it easy or not and whats involved? thanks

i did the crossmember bushes on my vs v6 and it wasnt to bad. the bushes arnt hard to get out but realligning the crossmember on one side was a bitch but the other side took like 15 mins to do.

If you mean the control arm bushes, they are pressed in, so you will need to set up some sort of press to change them.

accentstencil is right, there are factory pressed which would mean some sort of press to remove them
