it can be done but i do warn that it is very hard, because its involes a fair amount of work to get it to sit right an i can't promise that i'll line up with the gear display. i do know a guy from another forum has done it as well an his lines up pretty well.

any more info you need i'll try an help

here goes, these are only a couple of my notes

1- you will need the complet shifter. i mean the handle an the base
2- the linkage between the trans to the shifter may need 2 be extended
3- thin sheet of some sort of flexible metal for the hole
4- on the bottom half of the shifter the arm will need to be bent to fit over the trans as the vs is more off set then the vt-vz
5- the inhibater swicth will to be transfer onto the new shifter, it may take time to get it line up right
6-the base of the shifter might need some modification done to fit under the cover i.e some bits will need to be cut away

sadley thats the best i can do right know untill i start reworking on it again.

an another thing is the gear select display might need to be glued to the cover as they are different from the vt etc.

as i said before its involes a bit of work an i only done it pretty rough, but as soon as i get around to finishing it, i'll try offer more help as i go
