what are these called, and where do you get them??

hey, im after a name of a place where to get this, if anyone knows what its called that would be great.. (if they are even avalable.... they might be custom... im not sure)
oook, saw it on a vs ute, where the tarp hooks are, instead of there being a bit of a lip near the top, there were rails inserted on either side instead, i only saw it for a couple of seconds when i drove past so i didnt get a great look... but it looked awsome.. the sides are now the same level all the way down...(like new models) does that make any sence to anyone?

yeah your after the fibreglass infill panels about $300 on ebay if i remember correctly
