VS V8 spark plug leads

Is there a trick to getting these things off? They have a silver metal case on the outside. The rubber seems to spin on the plug itself but i have pulled extremely hard on it and then wont come off the plug...?

Is there a trick to getting em off? They look factory.

if yur gonna replace the leads you just gotta really yank em. try to push the heat shield forwards so you can yank on the rubber. hako posted a thread on spark plugs this week that shows a set of pliers u can use to pull em off if ya want.
