    Default Removing drivers door

    Hi guys,

need to remove the drivers door to do some panel work, ive got all the trim off and can get the door off the hinges although unsure what to do about the wiring is there a simple unplug hidden away in it somewhere?

u should be able to see a plug inside the door if their was one ,i don't think their is, u will have to undo everything and thread it back through the hole, hope im wrong and u find a plug, its not hard to thread it all through though

Pretty sure there is a plug...NOT too sure on where about it is, been a long while since i last done a door change, but it definantley has a loom plug.

Though if i remember you needa take the bottom side plastic on the side of the dash out (aircon outlet that joins the top and bottom vents)?? the plug is like mounted on the dash board metal frame so pull that off and unplug..i THINK lol.

sorry memory is pretty dull =="

Yes there is a plug. Dont pull everything out!!

Its under the dash so you have to remove the panel covering the fuses, in my car its a green plug in a black one (i think) just trace the wires from the door grommit to the car and its easy enough to find. Will save you alot of hassle.

    Good Luck

There should be a rubber grommet on the door, and one on the car. Take both off, and follow the wires back as far as you can. One of the two sides will have a plug
