Vr commy not starting first time everytime?

hey all for the past couple of days when i start my car it will start then die then ill start it again and it will die again... eventualy it will start and keep running. any ideas? hope it is not serious

haha ye i dont no it works most times but still it doenst sound rite when it starts might just be cold i guess....

Have you ever replaced your remote key? You get similar symptoms if the immobiliser hasn't been disengaged properly. Try using your spare key and see if the problem persists. Failing that it might be the connectors in the ignition switch not making proper contact with the remote.

I had same problem. It ended up being fuel pump

Yeah definately check the error codes, it could be a number of things.

Possibles: Crank Angle sensor / DFI module, fuel pump, immobilisor / key head not making proper contact with the ring around the ignition barrel.

Run the codes check, and then let us know what it spits out and we can go from there.
