im guessing you stuffed the bolt holding it in? get a set of reverse thread easy outs and rip it out, im not sure how to do the rest
No the bolt is fine but where it bolts into just shattered.

thats a complete tensioner arm, i did this myself, stripped it, and had to replace it. its not too hard, just need to remove the alt, and some other bits and pieces, cant remember all thats connected, buts its pretty simple, look at wats connected, and remove accordingly
remove alternator,
disconnect heater hoses leading out of the assembly
loosen the 3 bolts that hold the assembly on
remove the inner pipe where the heater hose was connected
remove the assembly and replace
word of warning when I replaced mine I had to redo it like 5 times because the damn heater connection kept leaking, I would suggest new O rings in there and some gasket seal
