Default Did a silly thing with the Belt Tensioner pulley.

I know that it is left treaded but when i asked the guy at sprints he told me it was right treaded so following his instructions i completely broke where the tension pulley bolts into....

Does anyone have the instructions on how to replace the whole tension arm as i cant find my manual.....

    any help will be greatful!

    Cheers

    remove alternator,

disconnect heater hoses leading out of the assembly

loosen the 3 bolts that hold the assembly on

remove the inner pipe where the heater hose was connected

    remove the assembly and replace

word of warning when I replaced mine I had to redo it like 5 times because the damn heater connection kept leaking, I would suggest new O rings in there and some gasket seal
