Noob With Cars need help lots of questions

ok i have a vr commy berlina nice car but got a few things i need a bit of help with.
Head unit, dont know how to put a new one in and to get done prof is $80 cant afford atm as paying off mags, car, fuel and exhaust lol

Door moulds (the black stuff that looks like poo) is it better to paint over them or remove them? how do u remove them?

Amp- have 2 amps will the car battery power with without trouble? one is a 4 channel one is a 2 channel, also how do i install them into the boot? big job?

Paint Garnish how is this done and what usualy suits vrs?
