Hey fellas, i noticed the other day that my Air Bag light is always on, any idea why? Do i need to go see a Holden Dealer? I Have a VS Executive iand only have a drivers airbag if that makes any difference.
Cheers
check codes first. the most common cause of an airbag light is dodgy seatbelt pretensioners, but that's not to say it's your problem specifically

It won't be the seatbelt - usually caused by removing the dash and turning the ignition on when the dash is still partly dis-assembled. This sets an airbag fault which can only be removed by either an auto elec or Holdens with the correct tool. As long as the light is on your airbag will be inoperative unfortunately. (and legally unroadworthy)
I got mine reset for $10 by an auto-elec.
Mine turned on because I turned the ignition on with the dash apart. $51 for holden to reset and lesson learnt

Oh damn, yeah i definitely turned on the ignition with the dash disassembled to check if the head unit was working.
Oh well more money to spill into the car
Thanks heaps guys really appreciate it
