    Default engine computer light keeps coming on

    engine computer light keeps coming on in a 1995 vs v6
    have had 2 new oxy sensors ,crank,cam,dfi all replaced with new sensors
    stays on for between 1 and 15 mins
    any ideas
    running good

    have u check for error codes, they do save for a few days so you can check them

    As soon as the light comes on it logs a code. It is saved until it is cleared.

    code 12/48/63 came up
    but those sensors are new

    Clear the codes by disconnecting the battery for 10 seconds then go for a drive and see if the light comes on again. When you get back, just check the codes again.

    done that will go 4 a drive in morning to ****ed off to do it now lol

    have been driving ot around the compter light hasnt come on
    i undid all the sensor connections put back to gether then undid the battry for a couple of minutes had to reprogram both keys though only took a couple of minutes
    fingers crossed i fixed the problem might of been a couple of bad connections

    My light keeps coming on too after I replaced the low pressure hose on my power steering pump. I lost a lot of fluid doing that so it must have got on the sensors or something. I will check codes as well.
