Attaching VS Wagon Dust Deflector?

I am looking to acquire a dust deflector for my wagon. When I eventually track one down how do I actually attach it to the tailgate?

The person from whom you buy it from should know how it is attached. Best fix I've seen for a wagon to stop bulldust buildup is to coat rear window with Rain-X....this stops the dust adhering to the glass.
