Default forgot my Haynes manual need some tourqe settings

    Sorry to hassel everyone

Me and a mate are doing my inlet manifold gasket today, he is traveling a fair distance to help me and I forgot to bring my Haynes manual, which also is a fair distance away now

If anyone can help me out by posting up the tourqe settings and maybe even the tightening sequence for the inlet manifold and the plenum for VS v6 L36 (Ecotec) i'd be forever gratefull.

    Thank you in advance.

Thanks Neil, that info was perfect.

The job is all done, I now have a slight miss at idle no error codes as of yet, so i'll try to remove and refit the plenum only and see how that goes.

I didn't use any silicone on the inlet manifold gaskets as I was told not to, however I did use some on the valley gaskets and the inlet manifold bolts, i'm not sure if it was oxy sensor safe, could this be the issue? would it cause an issue without logging a code?

I used permatex (sensor safe) on my inlet manifold gaskets when I replaced them last month. Have you plugged in all the vacuum hoses?

My car idled terribly for a few minutes after installation but its all good now.

nah its all good, The sillicone probably wasn't oxy sensor safe but it hasn't caused an issue, i'm getting 7.8 on the hwy and around 10 - 11 in town, the problem was the plenum wasn't lined up perfect and it caused a small vacume leak, runs like a dream now, better then before :P might help that I cleaned the inlet right out.

    Thanks for the help guys.
