Please help! Flywheel issue

hey ive been saving up for a vs manual ute and i save up enough to buy it it was $7000 n im still paying it off.. now i just found out the flywheel is rat**** and it will cost $1200 to fix and i cannot afford it .. im just wondering how much could i sell it for? i need of some opions and help if anyone could

sounds like **** to me mate
how do you know there is a problem with the flywheel?
and a fly wheel machining is about $60.

flywheel machining and balancing is about $120

It probably has the Getrag box - the dual mass flywheel cannot be machined. You are probably best spending the $1200 as otherwise the ute is worth very little if it has this fault.

hey thanks but yer your right its the getrag n its costing me 1200 to fix before wen i use to drive it i could hear a knockin noise and it was only happening wen i was in gear so it was ****ed i got it fixed now and i want to sell it ..

Good luck selling the ute - they still get good prices especially in provincial centres.
