VS Steering noise

just got some 18x8 rims and lowered it with super lows. After about a month of having em on i can hear a ticking noise coming from the front RHS. Its a click as you turn the steering wheel. The more you turn the more it clicks. It clicks about 15-20 times from full lock to full lock. My GF had been driving it a bit (at my discretion) and i noticed the other day that she has been stationary steering coz i could hear the PS pump groaning hardcore. Would anyone be able to tell me the possibilities of what it could be. Something like a PS pump problem or a buggered bearing in the strut. Any help would be swee thanks.

also to mention it had the link pin bushes and the sway bar bushes done when i lowered it

have you checked the fluid level?
