Swapping springs.

I've got a 94 VR commodore, with IRS. I got new springs for it and want to install them myself. Can ne1 give me a detailed guide or link to on how to do them? Thanks in advance.

Oh, I'm doing fronts and rears.

Ok ppl, should have done a search first, but found the thread for rears and done them. Then found a thread for the fronts,not so confident about doing them though Thanks neway.
