I have a leak from my header to manifold is it hard to fix?
Since a header is a manifold, depending whether you are American or English/Australian/NZ'er I'll assume you mean between the exhaust manifold and 'Y' pipe.
No, it shouldn't be especially difficult to fix. Most likely is that one of the studs has broken or the nut worked loose. Only you can figure out which as you have the car.
The stud will be more difficult to replace and you may not wish to try that yourself. If there is enough left, unscrewing with vice grips after applying WD40 or CRC penetrant is all that is required. Removing the manifold first will make it easier.
Are you sure that it is a joint that is leaking? It is very common for the LHS manifold to crack between the second and third cylinders on that side. The fix is to replace the manifold and use a gasket between the manifold and the head to prevent it recurring.
New, the manifolds were over $300 last time I checked and finding a good one used may be difficult (look very carefully as many have cracks that are just starting and very hard to spot). An aftermarket one was available from Parker performance in QLD for under $200 but I haven't checked recently to see if that is still the case.
