    Default VR V6 manual conversion

im in need of all knowledge about a manual conersion for a 1994 VR V6 sedan.

im wanting to undertake this task but i dont know enough about it and i have been getting hodge podge info from lots of unreliabe sourses.

from what i have gathered, i will need:
a T5 box (which are all the same?)
    a new computer,
    new drive shaft?
new cross member for the box mount.

i can get hold of everything required for the conversion for a very good price, but what i also need to know is if there is anything else i may need. and also info about the clutch. is the clutch pedal hole and mount points already marked in the firewall, or do i have to measure them off another body?

is there any nasty suprises i should expect when i start doin the swap, or after its done? if this works out then i will be inquiring about problems when turboing

    thanks for any help.

t5 box was found in fords and holdens alike, with different gear ratios, reconditioned ecus cover both manual and auto
only need a yoke for the end of the tailshaft
    cross member is the same
    pedal box bolts straight in
and the floor shift plate is same shape as the auto one

i read through that how to do. very helpful. answered some questions. but i still need to know if the holes that need to be cut for the cluch are marked or not. from what i read there, it sounds as if i wont need to change the computer at all, just fiddle with some wiring, is that right?
