    Default miss in new motor

hi all i got a new motor put in my vr sedan a month ago and it has got a miss at about 2000 to 2500 under load if you put your boot into it will go away sometimes. i had to do a quick trip back to work the other day and it was running like a pig.i had it back to the guy that fitted it and new plugs and leads were fitted but the miss is still there rang the guy up and hey presto he is no longer there he shut down. could it be the coil or injectors any help would be great as it is driving me nuts as i do a 1000km a week thanks

Missing under load could be fuel or spark. Maybe you have a dicky ignition module. Have you done a code check?

Has the miss always been there or has it just started?

Instructions are in the how-to section:

    Checking error codes VR/VS (Revised)

If you do have a code there is a link showing what each code means. Just make sure you read the instructions carefully so you dont miss the codes. Some guys cancel the code check before the codes are displayed because they dont wait after the third code 12 is displayed (will make more sense when you try it out)
