Default VS Series II Tensioner Pulley dimensions

I was told today that I have the wrong tensioner pulley on my 96 VS series II commodore. My partner has the same car and the pulley is the same width - 76mm, but his appears to be 2mm difference in thickness.

Is there more than 1 pulley size for this series?

There are more than one brand of after-market pulley available - mine is pressed steel with a replaceable bearing but the original was hard plastic and probably slightly different on width across the pulley face. As long as it bolts up OK and the belt sits central then it should be alright I'd imagine.
