VR Commodore/lexcen... wreck?

I've got a '94 VR Lexcen / Commodore... Smashed up rear passenger quarter and the Windscreen/drivers windows/passengers windows are smashed in... Car is mostly stock, and like most other VR's the roof lining etc is falling apart...

is it worth parting it off? engine still runs fine etc... or should i just take it straight to wreckers? how much would i get either way?

buy one with a rooted engine and swap them over and anything else thats good, then wreck it.
