Fuel gauge and Temp guage are not working...

Hi guys,,

sorry for all the problems that i bring it up here on the forum..

first, fuel gauge in the cluster is not working yresterday,, it've been working ok since i bought the car,, even after i've changed the fuel pump about 2 weeks ago.. so, my question is,, how can i tell is the gauge cluster not working? or the sender in the tank is not working??

also, temp gauge in the cluster is working on and off,, some day moved some day just stay still... when it worked, some time up in the middle, some time just above the bottom red line.. (air con on all time) so, same thing,, temp gauge in the cluster or sender, which one not working? how to check?

dry solder joints in the cluster most likely, do a search for a vn cluster (i think), its a pretty simple fix if your good with a soldering iron

My Fuel, temp and speedo gauges get stuck sometimes and need a whack on top of the dash to get them moving again
Might pull the dash out 1 day to fix them
