Allen key - 4 bolts. Run the seat all the way back and take out the one closest to the dorr and half undo the 1 next to the consol. Then run the seat all the way forward to get to the 2 rears. Then get to the front next to the consol. (this stops the seat from flopping around on you when removing the rear 2 bolts.

Grab yourself some alan keys and you should find 4 bolts per seat. One on each corner of the seat going into the floor. Slide the seat all the way back to get the front ones and all the forward get the rear ones. Hope that helps mate.

^^^spot on (88greenVN, but also robot-dude). Unless you have 2 people then you can just undo them all as the other person holds the seat steady...or maybe a slab on the seat for balance

Also will add here if they are real tight use a ring spanner on the end of the allen key to get a bit of leverage. But be careful it can spring out and hurt things.

Yeah they are really tight, but i managed to get them out with just an allen key, thick leather gloves and a lot of swearing - I think swearing lots is the key

Impact hammer - you may have to load up the allen key - say half to 3/4 pressure/flex on the allen key and try and hit it on top with a hammer. Or try giving them a wack with a very large flat punch.

Spray it with wd-40/silicon spray whatever and leave it overnight. Get a pair of multigrips on the outside of the bolt and the allen key on the inside. Most of the force will need to go through the multigrips so make sure theyre nice and tight. Maybe give the bolt a couple of hits with the hammer too before you start. You only need to break the initial lock, once it is broken the bolt will come out fairly easily (hitting it with the hammer might be a good stress reliever too). The most important thing though is to always stop before the bolt starts to strip.

Spray the CRC under the car on the bolts - not in the car as they poke down through the floor.

remove the cap from the pull handle, remove the two screws inside, very carefully remove the little red/orange pice from the lock knob (small screwdriver should do the trick) then its all just clips around the edge-should just pull off with a bit of persuasion

You're probably looking at 2 flat top pins, right? Infront of them is the normal allen bolt, there's a slit in the carpet and it sits below the carpet line.
