Hey all,
Ive got quite a major smash on the left side of my front spoiler. I was thinking of buying a bogging or filling compound, evening it out with that then sanding it back and painting it again. Problem is i know i wont be able to get the right colour paint. Am i better off just leaving it to a proper painter to fix it up for me?
Cheers.

If its stock paint, the code will be on your compliance plate
Stocky:
Fibreglass mate.
Xcop-
Its not stock paint. Definetly been re-sprayed but i will have a look and search the colour it says on the compliance plate. Maybe it was resprayed a stock colour. Who knows.

If it's a genuine HSV bumper it will be plastic, difficult to repair but not impossible.
If it's an aftermarket HSV copy it will be fibreglass and you fix it like fixing a surfboard with fibreglass and resin if it's broken or cracked then bog it and paint.

I think i will just bog it and then go to a painter n get em to mix up the colour for me.
