Default How do i change bushes, rear control arms

The back of the old wagon is getting a bit clunky, and i had a look at the rear control arms and basically some are completely shagged and some are half ok. So i want to replace them all(upper and lower control arm bushes).

Do they need to be pressed in and can can i do it at home with a hammer, or do i need to take them to somone to change them out properly? I think the uppers might be easier to buy a reco'd unit but ill await to see what you's recon. Thanks

It may be cheaper and quicker to fit new ones - uppers were $28 ea on Ebay a few days ago.

Yeah i seen them on there, but they only come with rubber bushes. The ones i got have poly bushes and i would like to put them back in, as i keeps the rear end nice and solid.
