Climate control swap for A/C

can the electronic climate control in VS' be fitted into a VS S Pac with the normal A/C?

if so, how hard is it?

Yes it can but it is a major job and not too many people do it because of the cost and work involved (mainly the work). Do a search and you will find plenty of threads on the subject.

I'm not sure what you'd need but I've heard with the EL Falcons (or something like that) it's just a matter of swapping the module for the climate control - is this true?

What kind of functionality, if any - would be available with just a swap of the module on the VS?

You need a climate control wiring loom, fan controller, solenoids etc.. + lots of time. Its not just a simple as unplug the standard controls and plugging in the climate control.
