vs interior wiring and acc. into vr exec

Iv jus bought a written off vs auto berlina en i want 2 put the level 3 cluster, trip comp, cruise control and power windows in my vr manual executive...
Can anybody give me an idea on wats involved in doing so?
Also is it easiest 2 convert 2 climate control or can i use the standard?

Lots of work - mainly with wiring etc, but can be done. You should find instructions on here if you keep looking around, particularly for the cluster.

Drama is the bcms will be different vs to vr (they use different serial data to talk to the ecm for theft control between models) so if you tried to install the vs loom you will have to rearrange the bcm plug wiring to suit you original bcm. Chances are your vr has a low series bcm and the vs has a mid or high series one.
You cant use the vs bcm that the cruise/power windows use without changing the ecu (autos and manuals use different types)and vs manual ones are hard to find.I found it easier to strip the wiring you need out of the donor loom and install it into your original loom...so it isnt a simple plug and play exercise to swap over looms.
I used a vp separate module type loom for the power windows and made a adapter relay to get cruise control to work with the stalk buttons in my vr manual while still retaining my old low series bcm.For the l3 dash Iused wires and plugs from the l3 dash loom and connected them to my original loom....my heater/air con remained as it was.
