weekend work, pulling apart center console

hey there, ive got a weekend booked of fiddlin with the vs

so far ive gotta drain the trans and pull apart the left rear door to fix the locking

and ive just realised ive gotta pull apart the center console, and clean it, my dog spewed up all over it and i think there are some chuncks in the ac vents

DOES ANY BODY HAVE A HOW TO OR SOME TIPS 4 PULLING IT APART for cleaning?

Seriously, look for screws. Just when you think you have them all, there is usually one more. Be gentle.

Pretty easy, unclip the transmission insert (remove ashtray first to give you somewhere to pull)
Undo cigg lighter wires and slide the insert over the gearstick
back off the 2 adjustment screws
inside center console, lift up carpet to reveal 2 screws, remove them.

Then the whole lot should come off.
