    Default Suspension noise question

Hey guys, on my VS Executive i have a weird squeaky noise coming out of the back wheel area whilst driving (mostly turning). The noise can barely be heard from within the car but at low speeds outside the car (say a 3 point turn) you can hear a quite loud squeaking noise
I bought the car without a service manual about a month or two ago and it has always had this noise, it has IRS and has been lowered on king springs by the guy himself (he said he was a holden mechanic). I don't believe the shocks have been changed hence the very rough ride.
Any clues as too what it can be? or even where to look for a mroe accurate description would be appreciated.
    Cheers.

Take a quick look at your rear disc pads, sounds like the scraper that tells you your pads are low to me. Had that on mine, only did it going around slow turns when the wheel got loaded up.

    hope this helps.

also check the shock mount in the boot, the nut may need tightening a little more. i noticed this in mine. the black cap that sits on it might need to be pushed a little harder onto it. hope this helps

mate while you are under the car have a look at the shocks. if they are black and look as old as the car they are probably original. They will have a manufacturing date stamp on them near the bottom which you can read if you rub the dirt off with an oily rag. If they are original they will need replacing.
