hi there guys.
im wondering if a set of vx brakes will fit onto a vr commodore.
this is what i have
Front twin piston callipers, pads and disc rotors
what else will i need to see this fit onto my vr?
you'll need the hubs and new brake lines. and probably a 1" master cylinder

so i cant use one of the brake upgrade kit things.
new lines.
what sorta money is involved with that?
and i knew about the bigger master thats relatively easy to get a hold of.
best to try some of those conversion suppliers and see what it will cost for a partial kit. really not sure what individual parts retail for unfortunatly

Haydz on a VR you only need the egg rings($40) to put over the hub to sit the rotor in the middle and see a brake shop and they will make you some adaptor brake lines(between $70-$100, depends on type you want)
Where you get these from haydz?
Can i have your old brake'sVN brakes suck!

i have read a few posts about upgrading to a 1" master cylinder. This isn't the case when your car is fitted with ABS. There was a bloody good reason holden fitted 15/16th master cylinders to ABS fitted Commodores.
If it doesn't have ABS then go for it
