i have a toyota lexan and yesterday one of my fuses blew we took a fuse out of another spot and put it in and we got it home, so we replaced all the fuses, we went to go out this morning did about 20 mins of driving and it blew again, now every time we put another fuse in it, you only have to click it to the reds and it will blow, allowing the car not even to start!!!!! what a good year this is going to be!!!!... and sujestions?????
what fuse is it. radio , blinker , lights, spare tyre fuse?????????
Click it to the reds?
Is the fuse the correct rating? What fuse is it that keeps blowing?
Failing that
Sounds like your best bet would be an auto electrician. You've got a short somewhere, fuses blow for a reason.
Call an auto electrician or get it towed to one.
Description sounds like the fuel pump fuse which will blow if the pump is worn and the pump motor 'poles' or the oil pressure switch shorts internally also blowing the fuse - fault is initially intermittent but gets worse with time. Oil pressure switch is part of the fuel pump circuit.
