Hey /vrvs/,
Wanting to replace all of the globes in my car with LED versions (except headlights), as far as I know there's alternatives for all of the globes but damned if I know which ones to get. Owners and Gregory's manuals both proved insufficient.
Does anyone know any of the ones missing, or if these are actually incorrect:
Lights
Front
Headlights: H4
High Beams: H3
Front Parkers: T10
Fog Lights: ???
Indicators
Front Indicators: ???
Side Indicators: t10
Rear Indicators: 1156 BA15s
Rear
Rear Tail/Brake lights: 1157/380 Bay15D
Boot Lid "headlights are on" lights: t10
Reverse Lights: ???
Number Plate Light: t10
Interior
Interior Roof Light: Festoon
Map/Reading Lights: t10 or Festoon
Instrument Lights: T10
Door Courtesy Lights: Festoon
I'll update this post as I find out more or people post, could be useful for future genera- err... users.
Notes for LED's:
- Relay for LED's will stop the lights from flashing too quickly
- Cruise Control may not work properly unless a resistor is added in line to simulate the correct voltage draw

This is the best I can come up with at the moment. Just a hint if you have cruise control and you use it dont put LED tail/brake light globes and LED boot lid "tail lights" because the cruise will not notice the voltage drop so will not activate with headlights on

Many thanks, that's nearly all of them! Just thought of a couple more
Does anyone know these?
Fog Lights
Front Indicators
Reverse Lights
Door Courtesy Lights
Goodluck with the front indicator, i tried looking high and low and now luck
keeping in mind that the cap has the off-set type pins.
Thanks thanks![]()
hey when you get this done can you post up some pics so i can see what it looks like? i have been planning to do this for a while but never got around to it.
P.S. is there a way around the cruise control problem? cos i want to do this but i use my cruise control a lot.

I'd say use a resistor for the brake lights, would defeat the entire purpose of energy efficient bulbs but would make the correct voltage draw for the unit to recognize.
I'm not doing this any more, the lights are completely crap quality and have died - I give up with LED's - bulbs are brighter anyways![]()
