Will A VR V6 speedo work on VR V8

I'm in the midst of trying to make a L3 cluster work. I'm doing the v6-v8 tacho mods, but just wondering if the speedo out of a v6 works ok on the 8's.

from what i have read when i was doing this mod the only differences is the tacho between v6 and 8. i can not confirm or deny this statement tho.

The answer to this question is definatly Yes. In the VR clusters there is no difference between the V6 and V8 speedo's, only the tachos are different.
