vs body control module questions

hey there.
im doing a vs ecotoc conversion in to a corolla and i need to know if its possible and how to by pass the bcm to allow me to just power up the ecu and off it goes. can this be done.
second of all the pcm is auto and the loom is auto but the corolla is running a t5. will this be an issue

i do know this can be done but i have no idea how etc. i was talking to a bloke one day about a echotec in to a boat (dont ask why) and said it can be dont except the later ones carnt so i think your luckey
