VR Tailshaft issues

Hi,
I have a problem removing the tailshaft from the gearbox on a vr ute.
Does it simply pull straight off after removing the three nuts holding it or is there anything else I have to dismantle?
It seems very stuck!!

It just pulls out. Make sure you have something under the seal to catch any oil that comes out.
