hi i have 93 vr commodore and this week its started blowing steam out of the exhaust and the oil is MILKEY

Head gasket Faaarrrkked. Or could be a cracked head too.

as said could be head or head gasket but it could also be the inlet manifold gasket...this is more common then a head gasket

I would take the plenum off and check the condition of the intake manifold(plenum) gasket.
