    Default alternator change

    im about to change the alternator on my v6 vr. is there anything i should know going in?

    I'm considering doing the same thing actually. Mine is making a horrible grinding noise. Are the Bosch ones from supercheap a good option?

    The Bosh ones are fine. Sounds like yours might need a new bearing which would be a much cheaper option if it is still working alright.
