vs statesman air con problem

1998 vs statesman with climate controll...when i turn it on the air director that changes it from window demister to out the front main ones does not move, it is stuck on demist. how can this be fixed??

it might be something in the back of the climate control thingy...mayb check that incase something has come out of a socket...

sounds like a vacuum problem there is a vacuum solenoid box under your cd player inside the dash with all the vacuum hoses coming off it, it's about $130 to replace from holden.

Mine did the same thing in my vs statesman ,its what The1 said the vacuum module they easy to get out but a pain to get the plug back on again

It's most likely the vacuum solenoid as described above already been discussed a few times on here if you search through the AC and VR-VS Holden Commodore threads.
