    Default Exhaust problem.

the previous owner said there was a loose gasket somewhere [as he thought didnt know] , when in [N] and i rev the car... all sounds normal , whilst in [D] you can drive the car and sit on a speed and i dont here nothing abnormal but while accelerating the car upto 60 sounds like a putting sound. like its loosing pressure but the car seems to still get up and going no problem.

yeah, some sort of exhaust leak there man. had one on my car recently which was a flange gasket that needed replacing - mine usually didnt start making a noise untill after 15-20mins of driving once the exhaust got hot enough.
just drop it into an exhaust place and they'll spray some silicone spray around the exhaust and see where the leak is.

The exhaust flanges can come loose where the engine pipes bolt to the manifolds. Also the join where the LH engine pipe connects to the RH pipe leaks as well.

Manifold to head could also be loose.
