HEY GUYS I OWN A RX7 SERIES 6 JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I CAN SWITCH THE WHEELS FROM MY CAR TO A VS CLUBBY WITH IRS IVE TRIED BUT THE HOLES NEED TO BE DRILLED OUT BY 1 mil CAN THIS BE DONE TO FIT A HSV

THE FRONT TYRES ARE 235

AND THE REAR ARE 265

ON THE HSV AT THE MOMENT ARE 225 ALL AROUND...

i would say no. it comes down to adr rulling's etc you can just change the tyers etc if there the same diameter

rx7 PCD is 5x114.3, commodore is 5x120. thats too much difference to just "drill" it out.

sell them and buy some commodore pattern FR's

Maybe you should also mention the size of the wheels across (17's? 18's?).

If you are that desperate to do it, take it them to a wheel shop and see what they have to say. It you want to put VE rims on anything before, you need to have the center machined, the same probably applys here for the stud pattern and the centre (as you havn't mentioned if the centre fits).

sell them and buy some commodore pattern FR's

Or you could do that because it's the sure way to do it.

And just out of curiosity, what do you have on the HSV at the moment, because 225 sounds a bit narrow.

ok ive got the 3 spoke rims stock 1s the frs are 19s do u think my best bet is finding someone dat would do a swap for them damn that will be hard

No one in there right mind would swap the doritos for FR19's LOL, FR19s are worth about the $3000 mark arent they?
The doritos are not worth any where near that. Oh and just leave the Doritos on, they look the best

get them polished up. looks even beter than normal doritos.

have a look on the sc site a couple of guys on there have factory wheels polished. looks tops
