I paid somone to do mine. It seemed easier for me to do a doubler than stuff about all day with them. Its a nightmare. But you need to drop the rack, and the abs is always in the way but you can leave it in. You may have to also take out the driver side spark plugs too to slip them in. Grab a few new bolts too. Also plenty of room under the car wont go astray, espcially as you need to feed the driver side bank up from the bottom as the abs is in the way.

I have fitted a couple of sets now and have found you have to drop the steering rack or undo the Kframe bolts so they are just hanging on (put a jack under the sump with a block of wood if you do this). The reason I drop the sterring rack is that it is easier to put the drivers side on if you remove the bolt out of the engine mount and lift the motor up about 2 inches, they go straight in no pushing shoving or scratching them. I use the copper based gasket maker on them.
Be sure to remove your spark plugs as they break easy. If the headers didn't come with bolts slip into your local parts shop and get some header bolts as they have a smaller head on them.

Through all this negativity about the drivers side the passanger side is a lot easier.
jack up the car take off the two bolts and wires securing the starter motor
the move this foward towards the font off the car and rest it up there (or pull it out if you can if the existing exhaust manifold lets you) thenundo the two flange bolts under the car, now take off plugs and leads and put them out of the way, then undo your manifold studs and lift the manifold out through the engine bay fitting is reverse though line up you y piece (pipe under the car) flange properly or it will go in crooked also use copper seal or silver seal around the clamping flange as they have a tendensie to leak.

for the drivers side same as other posts though you may not have ABS (unlikly
but possible) which will help alot.
though you can undo the modual from the bracket so you can get a bit of play to move it as you undo bolts.
