VR problem.

my vr is have a little trouble. it all works good, but when i put it into reverse, the reverse lights wont come on. also it needs a little bit of pressure on the gearstick in park to start. ive pulled out the little black thing that looks like a circle with connections in it with the wires coming off it, but cant get into the ****er.

im sure that has something to do with it, spins around and contacts different contacts in it.

any help is wanted

aaargh!! iv'e tried to get answers to this myself - last owner of mine said "a bolt can be adjusted" - wtf bolt is that!?
