diagnostic codes

i put my VS into diagnostic mode and got codes 46 & 47. Code 46 isnt on the list and 47 is 18x reference signal missing. does anyone know what means. My car sometimes wont start after going for a short drive and sometimes stalls for no apparent reason

sounds like either the CAS or DFI module but id say crank angle sensor
