VR V8 wont start

VR V8 utes got spark and fuel pressure but no injector pulse. Fault code 31 coming up . My mate removed immobilizer coz the dog ate it and jump started it without earthing on block . would that fry the ecu anyone know how to test

What do you mean a dog ate the immobiliser? The immobiliser is just a bunch of sensors and a code programmed into a chip.
