Question oil pressure, oil temp and fuel/air gauges install

Hey you legends, ive just bought a set of 3 gauges, oil pressure, oil temp and fuel/air.

how easy are these to install on my own, or would it be better to take them to mag n turbo or an auto electrician?

The 2 oil gauges come with sender units but the air/fuel gauge doesn’t come with a sender

im a lil confused by this, any help/suggestions would help a tone!!

you dont turn a holden off

    you power it down!

for any one who asks, holdens dont leak oil, there marking there territory

each gauge should have wiring diagrams to show how it's wired up. the AFR gauge will need to be connected to the O2 sensor. the oil pressure gauge sender will need to be fitted into a "T" fitting where the current oil pressure switch is fitted by the oil pump. oil temp is a little tricky, idealy it should be mounted into the sump to measure oil temps however this requires some cutting/welding or tapping a thread. i have a remote oil filter where i've fitted the required fittings so it was simple for me.

decide where your going to fit the gauges and then sus where the wires are going to run. i suggest a good place to steal some power for the gauges is the siggy lighter fitting. don't forget to fit a fuse for the power supply for the gauges, you can also steal power there for the gauge back lighting.

see that thread above, i've posted a few pics in it

thanks heaps bro ill have a crack at it,

i think ill install the senders and get the mounts done and then take it into an auto electrition to wire the whole lot up,

aparently this will let me use both the original and the new oil temp senders?
