304 wireing problems

hey guys i putting a 5L from a vn into my vr the motors in and now i running the computer wireing and there are 2 conectors that dont fit togeather. one is near the relay box and the other is under the pasenger dash. what should i do???

ive had this problem when i put my 5l into my vn berlina from executive the plug under the dash runs fuel pump etc need to figure out what does what and re wire them all and the one under the bonnet near fuse box is for yur alternator and if you are going from executive to belina or vise verser they are different ways around need to re wire the plug as well
