VR Auto

[Premier 350]

A question on behalf of my mad mate Dave, he's moaning that when he locks
his VR auto in low ( for circle work!) it will upshift into 2nd, then when the speed drops back it thumps back into low.

Any sugggestions?

could always try a transpak from bmracing.com

its a shift kit that is supposed to allow you to hold your revs in low gears

Thats because the ECU is preventing the engine from being blown up basically... it will automatically upshift to 2nd at 5750 rpm to prevent engine damage... and probably transmission damage too
