this happens in some cars in such hot weather man, i find that if u have ur aircon on for 15mins or so, once its cool turn the flow to circulate, itl put less pressure on the engine / cool it down more

The car engine will run hotter with the extra load of the aircon. How high does the gauge go and does the coolant actually boil?

I'd suggest that your water pump is buggered, or there is a blockage in the system somewhere, if its dumping coolant from the overflow there is usually a blockage, and the overflow is the only place it can get out...

Try bleeding the system again - once it boils it will suck air back into the radiator and you'll get airlocks and poor coolant circulation.

try and change the thermo fan sender unit...if its black put a white one in ( turns on at lower temp) therefore working most of the time instead of when radiator gets real hot...( bro is holden service manager so knows all the tricks)...i havent had a prob with mine since..even in 43 degree heat
