Help!!! Modified Boot hinges

looking for designs, pics or plans on how to modify my VS boot the way it lets the actual boot lid drop down and hinge so as to tilt the lid itself when the actual boot hinges are totally upwright an example of this is a VS called the HULK or another VS called OOVRO so if anycan help please message me
